2.2 Cancellation by LOM Consultancy

If we need to cancel or postpone your corporate training:

  • Full refund if unable to reschedule
  • Priority rescheduling at no additional cost
  • Alternative training options at the same value
  • Compensation for any incurred costs due to our cancellation

3. Consultation Services

3.1 One-Time Consultations

  • 24-hour cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
  • Same-day cancellation: 50% refund for emergencies only
  • No-show policy: No refund for missed appointments without notice

3.2 Ongoing Consultation Packages

  • First 7 days: Full refund if not satisfied
  • After 7 days: Prorated refund for unused sessions
  • Minimum commitment: Some packages require minimum usage before refund eligibility
